It’s been a very long time coming but I quit my job to travel the world! I’ve realized that I traveled so much that people assumed I didn’t have a 9-5 period, but I did.
I’m finally free!
I asked people to slide into my DM’s and rounded up the best questions to answer for you. I’m sure I’ll gather many more questions along the way and have a different set to answer once I’m well into my travels, but here ya go…
Be sure to subscribe to my Youtube channel and follow my journey on Instagram to keep up with me.
Bon voyage,
M.

I love seeing stories like this! It definitely inspires others.
Thank you so much, Diam!
SO proud of you Monique! Live out loud…I love it!
Thanks Alison!!!
Totally knew this would happen after we left DHS. 🙂 Rock it, girl! Can’t wait to keep up with your adventures. You’re inspiring.
Haha that’s crazy! I guess it was inevitable.
Welcome to life on the road! I enjoyed the video. Please, add any tips you have to a thread I run about what others may learn from you about how to travel the world, and leave us a link to your website!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I’m sure you hear that a lot, but really!! This step is so brave and so laudable, I give you a virtual high-five from the other side of the world 🙂 I quit my 9-5 earlier this year, the same week I got married, and it’s the best choice I ever made. I hope you live your best life when you make it to Paris (and via the sunny, warm climates you visit in between). Mad props!!
And I love “you only eat what you kill” – my new mantra 😉
Thanks so much, Sheree! And congrats to you too! I’m sure we’re both living the lives we’re meant to 🙂
I handed my notice in last week to travel the world too, such a good feeling isn’t it! 🙂
That’s amazing, Zoe! It’s the best feeling I’ve had in years.
Brave woman! I just stumbled upon your Youtube video about your first week in Medellin, subscribed to your channel, and then I read other very informative articles of yours.
This is the kind of lifestyle I want to live in my retirement: being a roving retiree. I am ready to take the plunge in 2018. Moving out of California!
Thanks you so much for watching and coming here! That would be so awesome for retirement! I didn’t want to wait until retirement age to live this life so that’s why I wanted to do it now, but it’s simply not possible for everyone. I’ super excited for you ^_^
